1. The Service

InvoiceStack provides browser extensions (Chrome) that retrieve or generate invoices and receipts for supported platforms:

  • Airbnb EU Invoice Downloader — sends invoice data from your reservation pages to our API (api.invoicestack.app) for PDF generation.
  • Amazon Invoice Downloader — downloads Amazon’s own invoice PDFs through your browser session, from supported EU marketplaces.
  • Temu Invoice Generator — generates receipt and accounting documents locally in your browser from your Temu order data.

Access to each service requires a valid license key, purchased through invoicestack.app, which the extension transmits to our API to validate your usage.

Use of our website and service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. License & Credits

  • Each license is personal. It is intended for use by a single person or a single business entity, on that person’s or entity’s own devices. Sharing, publishing, or reselling a license key is a violation of these terms. We monitor the number of network addresses using each key to enforce this.
  • Each license grants a number of document downloads (credits), as stated on the plan you purchase.
  • A credit is consumed only upon successful document generation or download. Failed attempts do not consume credits.
  • Credit validity depends on the product: Airbnb credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits have no expiration date. Amazon and Temu plans are subscriptions with a credit pool valid for the plan period (3, 6 or 12 months, as stated at checkout): at each renewal the pool is reset to the plan’s amount, unused credits do not carry over, and credits expire when the subscription ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically through Lemon Squeezy until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal; the license remains valid, with its remaining credits, until the end of the period already paid.
  • Licenses purchased before August 2026 under earlier one-time plans keep their original conditions until their expiration date.
  • We may offer a free trial of 5–10 credits at our sole discretion. The trial is limited per person: additional trial activations with the same email address may be reduced to zero credits.

3. No Affiliation with Airbnb, Amazon or Temu

Airbnb® is a registered trademark of Airbnb, Inc. Amazon® is a registered trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. Temu® is a registered trademark of Whaleco Inc. InvoiceStack is an independent third-party tool. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by any of these companies.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the extensions complies with the Terms of Service of the platform concerned.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
  • Prices are fixed and clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Refund policy follows Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
  • EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. However, by activating or using your credits (i.e., generating or downloading your first document), you explicitly request immediate performance and agree to waive this right.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy. A refunded license is deactivated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that:

  • You will only use the extensions for your own invoices, receipts and orders on the supported platforms.
  • You will keep your license key private and will not share it with others (see section 2).
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass licensing, or abuse the API.
  • You will not use automated scripts, bots, or bulk scraping techniques to generate excessive documents.
  • You will not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extensions.

We reserve the right to suspend the service or revoke licenses without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any violation of these terms — including license sharing detected through our fair-use monitoring.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but provide no SLA. The service is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

  • Changes to the Airbnb, Amazon or Temu websites that temporarily break the extensions’ functionality.
  • Any action taken by Airbnb, Amazon or Temu against your account — including warnings, restrictions, suspension or termination — in connection with your use of the extensions. You use the extensions on your own account and at your own risk (see section 3).
  • Temporary server outages or maintenance.
  • Document generation errors caused by unusual, malformed, or unsupported invoice formats or order data.
  • Inability to process documents from marketplaces or domains not yet supported.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • InvoiceStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • This includes, without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with:

  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license management
  • Google Analytics — website analytics

We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time. Subscriptions are cancelled through Lemon Squeezy.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the extensions ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
