Credits and plans
A download failed. Did I lose credits?
No. Credits are used only for documents that download successfully, so you can try again at no cost.
Do Airbnb credits expire?
No. Airbnb packs are one-time payments and their credits never expire.
What happens to Amazon and Temu credits at renewal?
Amazon and Temu plans are subscriptions that renew every 3, 6 or 12 months. At each renewal your credits reset to the amount of your plan.
Can I try an extension before buying?
Yes. Every extension has a free trial: 10 invoices for Airbnb, 5 for Amazon and 5 documents for Temu.
Licence, payments and privacy
Where is my licence key?
In the purchase email from Lemon Squeezy. Paste it in the extension panel to activate it.
How do I cancel my Amazon or Temu plan?
Use the manage subscription link in your Lemon Squeezy email. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, a Stripe company, processes every purchase as merchant of record and emails you the receipt.
Do my invoices pass through your servers?
Not for Amazon and Temu: the PDFs are downloaded or created in your browser. Airbnb invoices are generated by our server over HTTPS and each PDF is deleted right after download.
