1. The Service
InvoiceStack provides a browser extension (Chrome) that downloads VAT invoices from Airbnb reservation codes. The extension transmits invoice data to our API at api.invoicestack.app for PDF generation.
Access to the service requires a valid license key, purchased through invoicestack.app.
Use of our website and service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. License & Credits
- Each license grants a fixed number of PDF downloads (credits).
- A credit is consumed only upon successful PDF generation. Failed attempts do not consume credits.
- Unused credits have no expiration date.
- We may offer a free trial of 5–10 credits at our sole discretion.
3. No Affiliation with Airbnb
Airbnb® is a registered trademark of Airbnb, Inc. InvoiceStack is an independent third-party tool. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Airbnb.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this extension complies with Airbnb’s own Terms of Service.
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.
- Prices are fixed and clearly displayed at checkout.
- Refund policy follows Lemon Squeezy’s terms.
- EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. However, by activating or using your credits (i.e., generating your first PDF), you explicitly request immediate performance and agree to waive this right.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree that:
- You will only use the extension for your own Airbnb invoices.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass licensing, or abuse the API.
- You will not use automated scripts, bots, or bulk scraping techniques to generate excessive PDFs.
- You will not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the extension.
We reserve the right to revoke licenses without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any violation of these terms.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but provide no SLA. The service is provided “as is”.
We are not liable for:
- Airbnb website changes that temporarily break scraping functionality.
- Temporary server outages or maintenance.
- PDF generation errors caused by unusual, malformed, or unsupported invoice formats.
- Inability to process invoices from Airbnb domains not yet supported.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- InvoiceStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- This includes, without limitation: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with:
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license management
- Google Analytics — website analytics
We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the extension ceases immediately.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
